You also warrant that the film does not defame or invade the rights of any other person, living or dead and agree to indemnify the festival against all claims made in violation of the law.
You affirm that all statements made on the entry form are true and correct and understand that any breach thereof shall constitute breach of agreement and result in disqualification from the festival and forfeiture of the entry fee.
You also agree to hold the festival and its officers, directors and employees harmless from, and defend them against, all claims, demands, losses, judgments, liabilities and expenses including, but not limited to attorney's fees arising out of, or in connection with, any and all claims of third parties based on film submitted to the festival or any subsequent development.
You understand that by showing your film online, including LAFF Online, the film may be ineligible for consideration for an Academy Award by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. By submitting a film to LAFF Online, you are not precluded from in addition submitting that film, or any other film, to the appropriate category of LAFF Live.
Your application must be submitted online, using the Film Submission Form located HERE. You must register, on our Home page, before doing so.
After your application is submitted, your film may be submitted by mailing a DVD or uploading it to Rapidshare. Instructions on submitting your film may be found HERE.
Your application is not accepted until payment is made. Payment through a PayPal account, or by credit card through PayPal, may be made by clicking below.
